2. Service purpose

MyStudyGo is a SaaS platform developed by P Society allowing users to write or import their courses (text, audio) and automatically generate personalized study sheets, quizzes and summaries via artificial intelligence. The Service aims to facilitate learning and memorization, but does not replace quality teaching or thorough manual preparation. P Society makes its best efforts to provide a quality Service, but does not guarantee that the Service will be free from errors, bugs or interruptions.

3. Service access

Access to the Service may require the creation of a user account. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

• Credentials (email, password) are strictly personal and confidential
• Any fraudulent or abusive use may result in account suspension or deletion by P Society
• The User is responsible for any activity carried out with their credentials

4. Subscriptions and financial conditions

Use of the Service is offered in three tiers:

• Free plan 'Go': 3 generations per day, text courses limited to 10,000 characters, no audio import. This plan is free forever and requires no credit card.
• Paid plan 'Go Further' ($6.99/month or $67.10/year): 600 generations per month, text courses up to 60,000 characters, all generation options, PDF export
• Premium plan 'Go Beyond' ($12.99/month or $124.70/year): 1500 generations per month, text courses up to 100,000 characters, audio import up to 120 min/month (30 min max per file), all premium features

Current pricing is available directly on the MyStudyGo website. P Society reserves the right to modify prices, features and limits of each plan with 30 days notice.

In case of paid subscription:

• Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) and may be modified at any time with prior notification
• Payments are made exclusively via Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew at expiry, unless terminated by the User
• No refund will be granted, except for mandatory legal provisions
• Access to the Service is suspended in case of non-payment
• Monthly limits (generations, audio duration) are automatically reset on the 1st of each month, regardless of subscription date

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the consumer User acknowledges and accepts that they lose their right of withdrawal as soon as the execution of the Service begins (from the first content generation) before the expiration of the legal withdrawal period of 14 days.

5. Intellectual property

All elements of the Service (software, interfaces, texts, images, logos, trademarks, databases, API, algorithms) are protected by current legislation and remain the exclusive property of P Society or its partners.

• The User has only a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service
• The User retains ownership of the courses they write or import (text, audio) but grants P Society a worldwide, free, non-exclusive license to host, store, process and reproduce this content strictly within the framework of the Service
• AI-generated content (sheets, quizzes, summaries) belongs to the User and is intended for strictly personal and non-commercial use
• Any reproduction, modification, distribution, resale or commercial exploitation of generated content is prohibited without written authorization from P Society

6. User-generated content

MyStudyGo allows users to write courses and import audio files to generate study materials. Users may publish content including:

• Courses written manually in the text editor
• Audio files (MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG) for automatic transcription
• Study sheets, quizzes and summaries generated by AI

Rules and restrictions:

• The User guarantees that they have the necessary rights to written or imported content (text, audio) and that it does not violate the law or third-party rights
• The User undertakes not to import copyright-protected content without express authorization
• The following content is strictly prohibited:

P Society reserves the right to moderate, suspend or delete any content deemed inappropriate, illegal or in violation of intellectual property rights, as well as to suspend or delete user accounts in case of repeated violation of these rules.

7. Responsibilities

P Society's responsibility:

• The Service is provided « as is », without express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or relevance of AI-generated content
• We are not responsible for indirect damages such as academic failure, data loss, activity interruption or educational prejudice
• Content generated by AI is informative and may contain errors, omissions or incorrect interpretations
• We do not guarantee that generated quizzes perfectly match the original content or that summaries cover all important points
• P Society cannot be held responsible in case of use of copyrighted content imported by the User

User's responsibility:

• The User is solely responsible for their use of the Service, content they import and generated content
• They guarantee having the necessary rights to all imported content
• They undertake to verify the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content before any academic use
• They guarantee P Society against any claim related to the import of protected content or the use of generated content

8. Personal data

P Society collects and processes personal data solely to ensure the functioning of the Service, in accordance with GDPR.

9. Usage limits

MyStudyGo applies usage limits to ensure service quality and prevent abuse:

• Free plan 'Go': 3 generations per day, courses limited to 10,000 characters, no audio import
• Plan 'Go Further': 600 generations per month, courses up to 60,000 characters, all generation options, PDF export
• Plan 'Go Beyond': 1500 generations per month, courses up to 100,000 characters, audio import up to 120 minutes per month (30 min maximum per file), all features
• Monthly limits (generations, audio duration) are automatically reset on the 1st of each month, regardless of subscription date
• Limits may be modified at any time with prior notification to users
• Abusive, automated (via scripts, bots) or fraudulent use of the service may result in temporary or permanent account suspension without notice
• Any attempt to circumvent quotas or technical limitations is strictly prohibited

10. Termination

The User may terminate their account at any time, either from their profile settings or by contacting P Society at contact.nukloop@gmail.com

• Termination of a paid subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• P Society reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these ToS
• In case of termination, personal data is deleted within 30 days
• Written courses, generated sheets, quizzes and summaries are deleted within a technical period of 30 days after termination
• Imported audio files are immediately deleted from cloud storage (Vercel Blob)
• Generation history (number and type of generations performed) may be retained in anonymized form for quota calculation and abuse prevention
• Usage statistics may be retained in anonymized form for Service improvement purposes after account deletion

11. Force majeure

P Society cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure in the execution of its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including:

• Server or infrastructure failures
• Service interruptions from providers (Vercel, Stripe, Replicate, Vercel Blob, etc.)
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of third-party artificial intelligence services
• Modifications to APIs or usage policies of third-party providers
• Natural disasters, social conflicts, or political events
• Regulatory changes affecting the service

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by French law, to the exclusion of any other legislation. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

In the event of translation of these ToS, only the French version shall prevail.

13. ToS modifications

P Society reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on the site. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

• Users will be notified of important modifications by email
• The last update date is indicated at the top of this document
• In case of disagreement with the new conditions, the user may terminate their account
